PHASE 1

We currently offer training classes via Zoom while we begin PHASE 1 of our Fitness Facility in Champlin, MN next to Target. We will provide updates on this project as they evolve. Training consists of Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts, Self-Defense, Full-Body Functional Movement Training, and our newest training called "The Equalizer!™"

NOTE: All of our training ('exercise') routines are "skill-based" meaning that while you are engaged in 'exercise' you are actually learning valuable skills that include practical, fun, and effective self-defense. If you are going to exercise, make it count—learn a skill while getting in the best shape of your life! These are not typical "Karate" classes. These are classes with Martial Arts at the core of the training where you achieve S.M.A.R.T. GOALS!
