You will have complete access to current and any new Equalizer™ training videos and guides at no additional cost. The Equalizer™ provides an important array of training such as the importance of focusing on grip strength. In a (Harvard) study of over 140,000 people, decreases in grip strength were associated with a decline in health. Increased "Grip Strength" is a small fraction of what The Equalizer™ will do for your health and well-being. Grip strength training is one of the most overlooked factors when trying to build overall muscle. Better Grip Means Stronger Lifts as well as Injury Prevention. You will build Bigger and Stronger Forearms. There is a positive correlation with increased shoulder stability and strength. There are plenty of reasons why shoulder mobility is important, but the easy answer is that your shoulders are involved in just about every upper body movement. Which is why ensuring full mobilization —including both flexibility and full range of motion — is key for maintaining peak functionality.

Optional Training ProgramsIn addition to The Equalizerâ„¢ training you can opt-in to participate in 20 other full-body, functional movement routines. They include Martial Arts, Self-Defense, Pilates & Yoga, Balance, Situational Awareness, Cardio, Speed, Flexibility, Reflex Time, Agility, etc. For nearly two decades, we have created and successfully applied unique conditioning routines using Functional Movement Training (FMT). Each FMT routine is unique in how it addresses a variety of natural everyday challenges that we take for granted until a specific body movement is called into action. This may be in the form of a slip, a stumble, or when you push, pull or lift something, etc. In other words, our FMT routines teach your body to perform at a naturally superior level whether that be in a sport or everyday activities. We call this 2nd Natureâ„¢ Performance! Workout Banditsâ„¢ integrates Karate, Pilates, Yoga (KaPiYoâ„¢) along with resistance and FULL-BODY training into each routine to create a strong new you! When you learn to kick, we're strengthening the legs and the core. When you learn to punch, you're strengthening the upper body (arms, core, back) while also developing hand-eye coordination and balance (especially when you combine the upper and lower movements.) Not to mention the cardio conditioning. You're becoming more flexible, more stable in your 'footing' and your balance is more in harmony in every step you take. FMT strengthens, tones, stabilizes, balances and reshapes you into a much stronger, more functional you!
