The Equalizer™_365Trainer™:
If you attend an average of 4 classes per week, the cost is $5.03 per class which is extremely low for the training provided.
> Traditional Karate costs approximately $150 to $180 per month (2 to 3 classes per week).
> Pilates classes costs an average of $15 per class (group class setting)
> Personal Trainers cost $60-$75 per hour, on average, nationwide.
If you are “Exercising” you are engaged in a physical activity such as riding a bike, running on a treadmill, walking the dog, cleaning the house, or running through the airport! If you are “Training” you are being taught a particular skill or type of behavior. 365Trainer™ provides high-level Functional Movement “Training” through the application of specifically designed exercises that are performed at a moderate to intense level for 35 – 45 minutes. These trademarked classes are full-body, functional movement routines that include higher levels of Martial Arts and Self-Defense training. Improve your balance, coordination, stamina, muscle tone, flexibility and confidence! Classes are live and therefore each class is pre-selected.
NOTE: If you partake in the monthly 'Live' classes you may continue to access the 365Trainer™ Video Library whenever you like. The library, along with the Equalizer™ training, provides you the opportunity to train whenever you like, '365' days a year!

Many of our FMT components are unique in how they addresses a variety of natural everyday challenges that we take for granted until a specific body movement is called into action. This may be in the form of a slip, a stumble, or when you push, pull or lift something, etc. In other words, our FMT components and routines teach your body to perform at a naturally superior level whether that be in a sport or everyday activities. We call this 2nd Nature™ Performance!
